The name might imply a sporting clientele....but Sports Massage has benefits for all

Sports Massage is not limited to athletes and is just as effective in a non-sporting setting. Injuries are often sustained from everyday movement out of our normal range. For example gardening for long periods when our body isn’t used to it or reaching quickly to get something can cause excruciating problems. 

Remedial or deep tissue massage can help to correct the issues you may be having that stop you from carrying out everyday activities and put you on the right path to pain relief

Sports Massage is the assessment and manipulation of soft tissues for prevention of injury.  It helps maintain good physical condition and health through improving muscle tone, promoting relaxation, stimulating circulation and producing therapeutic effects on all systems of the body

Associated with a deep form of soft tissue work applied in the sporting context, it can play an important part in training in order to achieve peak performance whilst remaining injury free.  Through massage the accumulation of general aches and pains that people accept as part of life, are removed.  Massage explores soft tissues more thoroughly than other manual therapies through the use of feedback from hands to assess and manipulate the soft tissues
