Mindfulness is shown to improve outlook on life, enhancing creativity and productivity. I work with individuals and groups to identify the causes of stress, improve resilience and improve well-being, using evidence and research to ensure use of the most up to date best practice that works for the client.
The combination of business tools and mindfulness and yoga techniques I use are specifically adapted to the client's needs. With an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, over 15 years' law firm experience, a qualified and practising mindfulness, yoga therapy practitioner coaching junior doctors in personal and professional development and resilience techniques.
I work with my client to draw worries and concerns out into the open using coaching techniques such as Socratic questioning and Egan's "Skilled Helper", calming skills and and breathing techniques help build confidence and resilience. These skills and techniques, considered and practised in a safe environment, can be easily and comfortably deployed in all situations.
