friendly yoga classes

With Covid meaning that numbers are restricted for face-to-face classes (on hold at the moment), classes continue to run online throughout.....relax through focus on the body and breath, raise your awareness of and improve lung function through Pranayama and Hathenas
Traditional Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga (online - all abilities....£50 for 10 weeks)
* Mondays - 6pm to 7.15pm (from 4th January 2021); and
* Thursdays - 7pm to 8.15pm (from 7th January 2021)
For the class it is handy to have water to drink and a blanket for relaxation

- and mental stress via relaxation - a central element of the class as it is the body’s own way of recharging its cells helping to ease physical, emotional and mental tensions
- relax while developing a greater mind-emotions-body understanding to prevent and manage stress and anxiety
